Mitch McConnell could not speak. He could not comprehend the events happening around him. He clearly voted for the Democratic Bill, then someone - Told Him How To Vote! Elder Abuse. He is being manipulated to gain one vote. He Must Retire Immediately

Mitch McConnell was recorded yesterday struggling to speak and unaware of what was going on. Two people had to tell him repeatedly it was his turn to vote, (and apparently also told him how to vote), but he was struggling to make a coherent sound. Not a joke.
