Strongly recommend this review of birthright citizenship decisions by Prof. Anna Law, and call on law faculty and higher Ed more generally to address professional incentives for academic charlatans to churn out inaccurate “scholarship”

Except from excellent work by Prof Anna Law which calls out Thomas dissent for relying on new scholarship produced in 2026 which was debunked, was not a groundswell, and lacks accuracy and quality
