She cannot count on the US. Marshalls with Pam Bondi in charge. But the Judge could fine him. There is a law code I saw on Alt Parks: accessing personal info unlawfully is a 1000 fine for each instance. Multiply that by the number of US Citizens. Musk's net worth would be 1/8th of what it is now.
