In the mornings when I take my meds I flip them upside down to remind myself I took them and at night I flip them right side up with my night time meds. This helps me a lot. I watched a family member who knows this flip all of my meds over, thus resetting my reminder. No explanation, just denial.

For context on the spay neuter double it was 83$ for old lady cat how ever many years ago. 162 for Tommy a few years ago. 312 for Ben a little while back. I don't know what they would charge for a female now but I hope I don't get gifted anymore anytime soon.

The last three times I went for simple spay neuter it has doubled. Anything with a 'lab' adds 300-1000 and the flea meds that cost 30$ suddenly cost 200 when they have to give them to the pet
