I am not dissing on the Palestine issue, but, as we’ve just seen in the World Cup, politics should be kept out of sport. By all means, advocate for Palestine far and wide - my sense is you have HUGE majority support, so there’s no need to enter the sports arena.

That’s not really the essence of what I’m saying. There are many, many ways to get the message across, and it is being done very successfully. Why intrude in an area which most people believe should be politics-free? Most people are already aware of the horrors there. That’s all I’m saying.
