Funny. Spent a day teaching AI how to create a change ticket. Got a big skill file with all the details.
I try it on a live incident and it produces a crap look ticket. I say "Hey, you missed a bunch of stuff, it should look like this ticket XXX-123"
It fixes ticket. Looks great
