A .08 blood alcohol level isn’t necessarily a set number of drinks. It varies person to person. It can depend on your body weight, how much you’ve had to eat, how fast you drank, any medications you might be taking, and so on. So make the safe call, and just don’t drink & drive! 2/x

I have dealt with DUI and learned a lot in the process. A regular Budweiser heavy is around 5% abv and that take the average person an hour to sober from giving an .02 BAC, 80 proffer liquor is the about the same. It doesn't take much to get over the legal limit.
