There is much to love about the job, not least the sense that it is a genuinely worthwhile, meaningful thing that we do. I remember working ridiculous hours as an NQT and even now, I spend an awful lot of time tweaking / tailor-making resources - which I probably wouldn't do if I wasn't part-time.
