EP 2 HAS LANDED 💖 more notes: the very clear manga moments fit oh so well into the general tone of this show. its established comedy is based on slightly exaggerated silliness as the default setting, so the spin into outrageous doesn't feel too abrupt. and the cast commits 100%! #DutyFirstKissLater

more context: the near-40 social butterfly is a bit of a womanizer. when the 20-something station ace (uh yes it's... small-scale, rural copaganda) lets him know he likes him, he goes into FULL denial... but then realizes (with some shock) that he doesn't hate it? IN EP 2?!?!? #DutyFirstKissLater
