I concur. This fight wasn’t lost in the courtroom. It was lost in the court of public opinion. There should have been a concerted effort to get the public on board with holding Trump accountable.

True because from public view it looks like 99% of his case was the same case the impeachment managers made and it took a week and a half not 3 years to put it together. The insanity of not bringing charges almost as soon as he was out of office still boggles the fucking mind.

Jack Smith is the most credible ”rule of law” person in this hearing. I appreciate his efforts to explain the investigation and its findings. Judge Cannon’s rulings prohibit a lot of the disclosures we need to hear from Smith.

Trump committed treason 1/6/21 when he sent 2 militia with mob to murder this nations elected reps in wide ranging conspiracy to defraud the USA. Indicted by grand jury for subversion and conspiracy. Per the US constitution due process guarantees in the Bill of Rights. Trump must face trial.
