For every 10% over the disadvantaged nat av a school is, teachers should get 10% more PPA and 10% more pay. If a school is 10% under nat av disad. then 10% less salary and ppa. Contentious, but we'd see a shift.

From what I see, teachers are over worked and under supported. SLT often have favourites and won’t support teachers who are older or “difficult” aka experienced/boundary setters. Call-outs are ignored and people get told to teach better or do more, they have less stress when they leave
