Wot? Is Luxon saying there are so many people riding bikes on those bike lanes that he can't safely dodge them to walk across the road? Yet somehow he can safely dodge the traffic in the vehicle lanes? Or he could get a few seconds of exercise and walk to the pedestrian crossing. Our PM is a tosser.
