There’s bots and fake accounts aplenty here too, but the interaction and engagement levels have been exuberant for me compared to Twitter which felt like a ghost town. No traction gained, only if what you did was trending or a huge accounts retweeted your works. Yeah. This is better. 😌

I haven’t gained any increase on my Twitter follower number for years, no matter how hard I was grinding or how big my posts got. Making the transition over to bsky and discord exclusively has been the best decision for my career and also my mental health 🙏

The scary thing is some people aren't able to tell some of the accounts are bots either. Some are propaganda ai generated bots, they likely have a blue checkmark too but when you check the account, you know it's not a real person.
