Moths in a human suit (they/them) @lycomorpha.bsky.social · 05/07/2025

One of my favourite minty friends - the small emerald moth. These seem to be having a good season so far. Which is an utterfuckingly delightful thing to note in this shit-show year.

A beautiful little mint green moth with thin horizontal lighter lines across its wings. It has thin white legs and white wired antennas. 11 out of 10 good moth friend.

Another minty green moth of the same species as the last pic. This one gives a good idea of its flatness, wings held level against the grey cardboard egg tray from my moth trap that it's sitting on. It's wings are wider than tall, and it's looking friggin delightful.

Close up on another minty moth. You can better make out that its body is fluffy and also mint green, and it's wings also have paler veins. Perfect minty moth pal, no notes.
