Anyone who has witnessed the mountain of misinformation around Israel on X/Twitter should know now just how dangerous it is. Imagine what it will be like in the 2024 election. This is what Musk wanted. He succeeded. Stop framing his purchase as a failure.

All that Musk wanted in this operation was not the network in itself, but its enormous user base. He wanted to destroy Twitter to build upon its network. He is succeeding in its task, but at what cost?
