(The stop will be a "pullout", which delays bus trips. It should have been an "in-lane" stop.) Check out the shared rooftop patio and bookable amenity room. 2232

But we can't just let a few tower developments be the only housing we build. The Villages Plan would have ended the apartment ban in many transit friendly areas. We need to keep fighting for it. 1473

Reading a bit into the project, once all phases are complete and there is indeed so little parking, the demand will probably be very high. What's the noise (protection) like with this big street through there? 110
