Adding thousands of cars to city streets was not a great option so the development has almost no parking. The salesperson said that right up front. It seems to be the main reason people walk away. 1330

I think it's a great project but my eyes did pop when I saw the prices. With so little parking I imagined they could keep the prices close to market. 110
