It is absolutely A Choice to depict Cerberus as three muscley men in pet play masks

A panel from volume 2 of Aya Kanno's manga Fruit of the Underworld showing three well-muscled men dressed in skimpy leather gear wearing dog masks used for pet play kink. One is holding a whip made of snakes. It's a whole lot of Choices going on all around.

I am choosing to believe that Aya Kanno said "I can finally draw muscles in a comic" and went all out
