One way to verify age is to look at dns. The whois search result of my domain (harmsen.net) clearly shows it was created 1998-12-02 so unless I'm a time traveller there's no way I could be under 18.

Are you planning on requiring users to verify their age every time they log in, if apps like Canada Post Identity + do not keep your information? Because that would get old fast.
