Major flaw in this, outside the obvious. Its going to get sensitive personal banking info about far more people than those who sign up. When you wire transfer money, you have to use the persons name, account, routing and branch numbers. Sometimes their address and other info too.

the year is 2030 , you can't chose how to spend your own money because GPT decided that you keep spending with superfluous things like electricity and water bills , instead of saving money, hence figuring the problem isn't how much you're getting paid but what you chose to spend
