This is why you can't rely on signage. You have to read the packaging. I was in Freshco the other day, the sign said, from Canada( also the brand name was different) for the blueberries, but the package said USA. I think the grocery stores need to be fined when they0 misslabel/ mislead consumers.

Same bin. Zoom in on the Sale sign, under the price. I think Hanlan's razor applies: "Never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity.

Loblows sales bin filled with packaged strawberries. Although the large sign on the bin says "CANADA -de nos agriculteurs", the Sale sign above it says "Product of USA" in extremely small print.
