BeLinda Mathie @bmathie.bsky.social · 03/10/2026Moving the arm after a vaccine is a great suggestion. I’ve adopted it, but it appears that I am still destined for “arm hurts, ow” for a day or two after getting a shot. Not fun, but a small price to pay to avoid getting really, really sick. 000
