This may sound silly, but Hocus Pocus. I saw part of it when I was in kindergarten, and it wigged me the heck out. About 20 years later, I watched the whole movie at a Halloween party, and it still wigged me the heck out. Less of an "I'm afraid" feeling and more an "I'm creeped" feeling.
