This one is based on the 'Switch to Me' MV by J.Y. Park and Rain.

Bite Sized Archie #17 “Left on Read” by Ron Cacace and Vincent Lovallo

Panel 1

Archie and Reggie are standing next to one another on the left side of the sidewalk.

Veronica is a few feet away from them, sitting on a bench. Archie and Reggie are looking at Veronica. Veronica sits with her eyes closed, ignoring them.

Archie and Reggie are dressed in their normal outfits.

Archie has his hands in his pockets and Reggie is pointing finger guns at Veronica.

ARCHIE & REGGIE: Veronica, are you busy tonight?

Panel 2

Archie and Reggie are now wearing tuxedos. Reggie’s got a bouquet of flowers in hand. Archie’s got his best bow-tie on and he’s holding one single flower in his mouth and winking. Veronica remains undisturbed.

ARCHIE: Dinner?

REGGIE: Dinner and a movie?

Panel 3

Reggie is leaning back on top of a motorcycle.

Archie is standing in front of a pedicab.

ARCHIE: We can go for a ride?

REGGIE: Let me show you a good time!

Veronica remains unmoved.

Panel 4

Reggie is piloting a giant, towering mech that looks just like him. The ReggieMech is holding up a sign that says “ARE YOU BUSY?” and is looking in Veronica’s direction.

Archie is up in a tree, pointing at the sky, where we can see an airplane towing a banner that reads “R U BUSY?”
Veronica looks to her right where she sees Betty! She’s got a smile on her face.

BETTY: Sorry I’m late! You ready to go, V?

Veronica: I thought you’d never get here!
