She's trying her best to look majestic. 🦑📷Itai Grisaru (www.inaturalist.ca/observations...)

A Southern Bobtail Squid (Euprymna tasmanica) sitting on the sea floor, striking a pose. It is facing the left and has two arms raised up with their tips curled. Its other arms are on the ground and its mantle is hanging down on a shallow diagonal. Its pupil makes it look like it is half squinting. It looks like it is trying to be majestic, but it is too small and cute. Its suckers are visible. Its flesh is a pale blue colour, but it is covered in black, brown and yellow chromatophores, and has green, orange and cyan iridophores on its mantle and on and around its eye. The background is out of focus and blurry.
