Difficult to do when offshore (China) and USA, Netherlands (Shell) hold huge amounts of ownership. We should have done that with Petro Canada years ago. No ... but sold it off. Just wait maybe Canada will then sell TMX and Pacific Gateway off too, seems they like to do that a lot.
