Hope everyone is okay. Here is a list of who to call to report downed trees and flooded basements. Check in on your neighbours. Fingers crossed that the worst of the storm is over now …

We’re seeing heavy rain that’s causing flooding, downed trees, power outages, and road closures. Please avoid flooded roads and underpasses, and stay clear of downed trees and power lines.

Call 3-1-1 or make a report online if…
➡️ Water is entering your home
➡️ You see a downed tree or other debris in the road and it is not impacting a power line
➡️ You see a flooded roadway

Call 613-738-0188 (Hydro Ottawa) if…
➡️ You need to report a power outage

Call 9-1-1 if…
➡️ You see a downed tree impacting a power line
➡️ You are experiencing a medical emergency

Remember to check in on your friends, family, and neighbours to make sure they are safe.

To all of the community associations and volunteers who put their all into organizing Canada Day events today, thank you. Even though Mother Nature had other plans, your hard work has not gone unnoticed.
