I say I don’t “actively use AI” because it’s creeping its way into lots of stuff. Of course it’s in recommender systems and forcing its way into every word processing application. But if I can turn it off, I do. And I don’t use agents or ask ChatGPT, Claude or equivalents to do my research for me.
