Lorenz Oberkofler @oberkoflerlorenz.bsky.social · 10/08/2026Using a cross-kingdom RNAi reporter system + time-lapse imaging, we tracked Botrytis EV uptake and spread in planta. Trichomes and hydathodes emerged as preferred EV entry points. Curiously, after purification via SEC, EVs completely lost the ability to trigger the reporter. But why? 2/6 160
