People forget that one of the risks of the excessive huffing of one’s own (or group) farts is actual irreversible damage to the brain caused by extended periods of reduced oxygenation (hypoxia as opposed to anoxia) . I mean, the ketamine isn’t helping much, no doubt, but HIE shouldn’t be ignored.
