I was gone for a work trip for six days, so I only have a small set of changes to show. What I got painted yesterday are the leather details on Shaan, as well as some improvements of the torso armor. Giving the black armor better volumetric reflections has been overdue. #wh40k #nmm #ravenguard #gd

A 'before' and 'after' comparison of last weeks and todays work in progress state of the Aethon Shaan miniature I'm currently painting for Golden Demon as part of a 40k Unit entry. It is displaying the changes I made on the armor and newly added leather details.

He's painting true to lore, with black and white armor parts, red fabric, steel insignia, and minor details.
