When I worked UX-adjacent (taxonomy/site nav & search/product data) in ecommerce, our UX process was absolute shit and they kept trying to do my job instead of their own.
So, can you just UX everything? (Not really, that would suck for you. And we had one great UXer who left in utter frustration.)
