It is not clean (drunks all over the place), safe (unaccountable cops), or nice (open your damn eyes!), & the “Downtown Partnership” is an autocratic/corporatist organization which loves its drunks, cops, and ugliness. Most Nashvillians never go there. We struggle to keep the rest of the city nice.
