Coming home @ 11 pm, I ran into a neighbor's cat crying out in the cold. I've never met this neighbor but we've exchanged friendly nods. A light was on so I took a chance & rang the doorbell bc I was afraid the lil guy would freeze if left out overnight and... she answered
