The Kings are a very good rebounding team, led by Domantas Sabonis. They also have good outlet passers and one of the fastest guards in the league in De'Aaron Fox. There is no reason they should be sliding towards the lower-third of the league in pace. Playing faster might wake up the offense.

I agree. Although their pace wasn't actually very high in 23 like people assume. They were slightly above average. Same last year. This year Kings do take a pretty high frequency of shots with 15+ seconds on the shot clock. But their half court sets break down too often leading to long possessions

It's the demar effect. Look at the change in pace with the bulls this season vs last season.

Kings need a spot up shooter that can consistently hit a three. Kevin Heurter needs to be released

I’m worried De’Aaron Fox is being wasted on that team.

More concerning to me is their lack of 3 point defense. Teams come out like Curry against the Kings. They are shooting with confidence against Sac while the Kings seemed to have forgotten how to shoot from distance.
