In my appraisal of the Jetbrains MCP Server, i mentioned that it had a relatively large context token usage.
You can bring that down by disabling some of the exposed tools. I disabled debug related tools and for instance Unreal mcp related. And went from aproximately 40.000 tokens to 10.000.
