AlexAlienNerd @alexaliennerd.bsky.social · 09/02/2026The thing about sci-fi predicting a dystopian future is that they're always worries about the problems of the day. 1984, Farenheit 451, Brave New World, Metropolis (which is unfortunate given in 1927 Fritz Lang was worried about income inequality leading to Nazism)... Now we're in all of these, yay! 100
