Hell, if GV1's godsawful first translation didn't perform well, we likely wouldn't have had GV2 and beyond localised at all.
I'm not saying you need to like GV3 or iX2—I still have misgivings—but it's not a crime for them to exist, since they aren't even bad games, they're just not good as sequels.
