The levee just done failed to hold back the tide. Again.

Tidewater just started seeping out from under the sandbags which are supposed to prevent the road from total submersion in about an hour

Took the above shot an hour ago. Now the first “northbound” lane is under water.

The shoulder and one lane of the “highway” in front of my building are under water
