anyways, i broke memory recall in my harness/for my agent in a very dumb and silly way, and have spent the last day going through a cycle of
- start fixing it
- realize the root cause is one layer deeper
- repeat
it'll be shiny once its done
@kaidav.isthe least realistic thing about cyberpunk novels is the protagonists weren't CONSTANTLY complaining about running their own rigs vs the off-the-shelf 'Ono-Sendai Cyberspace II' or spending chapters debugging and rewriting their harness/deck software.
