There's no such thing as making a "trade agreement" with Trump — not in the traditional sense of the phrase. They aren't agreements, they're just fleeting whims that Trump ignores, cancels, or unilaterally changes depending on his moods, which mutate hourly.

It’s a shame that Trump’s true objective with the ongoing tariff chaos is not more broadly reported: 1 consolidation of power around Trump individually & 2 establishment of a massive, ongoing source of graft through negotiation of relief on a case by case basis.
