“Republicans support the troops” and “Republicans are good for the economy” have been load bearing pillars of the media’s politics coverage for so long, they don’t know how to report news that contradicts it.

As far as we know, only one sailor "fell" overboard, per the navy and was recovered. Families have said people have tried to jump but failed. If someone actually did we would have heard.

I cant say for sure that its real, but I definitely recognize that sentiment from doing a couple of months of 12 hour shifts 7 days a week when I was in Korea.
