The agent said the company had changed hands and the previous owners were “bad at their job” and now they had to check their work. I asked if they were using AI help discover these “discrepancies” which he awkwardly denied. 1121

The agent gave me an email, I went back to my ins account online, took screenshots of 7 pages of itemized proof that the exam had been paid in full and sent the screenshots to the billing agency. 1121
