Larre Bildeston @larreau.bsky.social · 09/05/2026I wonder the extent to which we are failing to pick up mild MEcfs in children. For children, however they happen to feel is their normal. It might become visible in adolescents at the age they start to self report a difference which they have felt for much longer. Also, it undoubtedly gets worse. 110

Dr. Blome aka Dr. Strange @blomechristine.bsky.social · 06/05/2026Maybe there is one group of people who are extremely vulnerable to ME so that, for example, the first EBV infection is enough to trigger ME, and another group in whom cumulative harm is needed to reach the ME threshold (with the number of triggers needed typically reached after 35 years or so)? 160
