Absolutely mental subject line, but on the other hand this is the first time I’ve opened an email from Glassdoor in …maybe ever? So good job I guess. Was very tempted to hit the “read more” but I resisted.

An email from Glassdoor with the subject line “Alright all, unfortunately had a death in the family and will be inheriting...”

It was a “Glassdoor community” post, and you get to see a little more of the post in the body of the email.
