Dear @scanlon.house.gov: Permanent Daylight Saving Time would put sunrise past 8am more than 3 months in PA and most states. Morning light is essential for health, safety, education, economy. As a member of Rules Committee, please remove it from the Motor Vehicle Modernization Act, thanks!
