I admire your optimism, but far more likely that even if Labour agree to put it in their manifesto and there's a majority for it in Parliament there'll be huge arguments over what form of PR it should be, Tories and Reform will scream there needs to be a referendum, and it'll fail.

I wish but doubt. Reform obviously won't do anything they say because they're grifters. No mainstream party who wins under fptp will change it.

I moved to NZ 25 years ago. We have proportional representation here and, having seen both the UK and NZ voting system up close, PR makes more sense to me. Every vote counts and you still have local MPs in the NZ version.
