Thank you for the recommendations! I'm still going through them, of course. I really liked MacMillan's Concerto! Possibly because I love the Shostakovich 2nd Piano Concerto and it had a lot of quick parts

Does anyone have ballet recommendations (watching/attending)? Or advice on how to proceed? I've seen little other than as part of operas or similar, and it very much feels like a language I don't speak. I have various ways to stream things, and, like the NYCB spring season is still going, etc

John, if you like Stravinsky, you may want to explore Balanchine's ballets. The two men worked closely together and the ballets Balanchine set to Stravinsky's music are among his most iconic and often best.
