Simon Edmonds @sjsedmonds.bsky.social · 09/01/2025That looms a super white loaf to me, they are difficult though. Mine seem to work better with some extra like parmesan. Have alighted on a favourite with malted flour and white with added seeds - it's super tasty. 220
