hi Ensembl team, I noticed that the latest Dmel GTF has a different release number than usual. You have: Drosophila_melanogaster.BDGP6.54.63.gtf.gz I was expecting the same number as the Ensembl release, e.g.: Drosophila_melanogaster.BDGP6.54.116.gtf.gz ftp.ensembl.org/pub/release-...

Hi! Thanks for reaching out. The 63 in this case is from our Ensembl Genomes release number. I'll let our data teams know, but this is the latest version of the files that correspond to Ensembl 116. 👍 S. cerevisiae and C. elegans files are also affected by this. ftp.ebi.ac.uk/ensemblgenom...
